Email Address Change Form

Register.com requires authorization from the Account Contact listed in your account in order to make changes to your domain name. Thus, any written requests must come from the Account contact email address currently listed in your account.

If you no longer have access to the email address listed in your account you will have to fill out and send the attached Email Address Change form.

Once you have completed this form, please fax it to the following:
